Our Infrastructure

Manufacturing Unit

Jagdambe Textile Mills operates a fully integrated, in-house manufacturing facility that handles every stage of blanket production under one roof — from raw fibre and spinning through weaving, dyeing, finishing, stitching, and packaging. Rather than relying on outsourced units, this end-to-end setup lets us monitor quality closely at every stage, catching inconsistencies early rather than after the fact.

Our facility is equipped with modern ring-spinning machinery to produce strong, uniform yarn, along with dedicated weaving, dyeing, cutting-stitching, and quality inspection sections — each contributing to a consistent, export-grade finish. This tight integration gives us full control over lead times and quality, and the flexibility to scale production for both small custom orders and large bulk export shipments, without depending on third-party production partners.

As JTM grows its export footprint, this manufacturing unit remains the foundation for delivering reliable quality, order after order, market after market.

A controlled, seven-stage process that turns raw fibre into a finished, export-ready blanket.

Raw Material Sourcing

Fibres are carefully sourced and quality-checked before entering production, ensuring only suitable raw material moves forward into spinning.

Spinning

Fibres are twisted and combined through ring-spinning to form strong, consistent yarn — the foundational step that determines the final blanket's quality.

Weaving / Knitting

Spun yarn is woven or knitted into fabric on the loom, shaping the blanket's texture, thickness, and overall structural strength.

Dyeing & Finishing

Fabric is dyed for rich, even colour and finished to enhance softness, durability, and resistance to pilling or shedding over time.

Cutting & Stitching

Fabric is precisely cut to size and stitched with reinforced edges, giving each blanket a clean, durable finish built to last.

Quality Inspection

Every batch is checked for weight, weave consistency, colour accuracy, and finish before it's approved for packaging and dispatch.

Packaging & Dispatch

Finished blankets are folded, packed, and prepared for shipment, ready for both domestic delivery and international export.

Workforce

Behind every blanket at JTM is a team of skilled spinners, weavers, dyeing specialists, and finishing staff, many with years of hands-on textile expertise. We combine traditional craftsmanship with disciplined, process-driven production, so quality is reinforced at every stage — not left to individual variation. Our workforce is trained to spot and correct issues early, in the yarn, weave, dye, or finish, before inspection. This blend of skill and process discipline lets JTM handle both small custom runs and large export orders with consistent, reliable quality.
